Account, workspace, and access troubleshooting
No workspace membership
Section titled “No workspace membership”You can sign in, but you do not yet have access to an active workspace. Ask an Owner or Admin to invite you. Sign out before accepting an invitation intended for another email address.
Invitation created the user but access is missing
Section titled “Invitation created the user but access is missing”Check the pending invitation, email address, target workspace, and role. Existing Qonvera users still need to accept an invitation to join a new workspace. Removing someone from a workspace does not delete their Qonvera sign-in.
Settings is missing
Section titled “Settings is missing”Agents do not have Settings access. Managers see only permitted operational configuration. Owners and Admins should confirm they selected the correct workspace and that their membership is active.
Settings or another page keeps loading
Section titled “Settings or another page keeps loading”The user-menu Settings link opens General. If an older Settings link stalls, open General settings directly.
If a page takes longer than expected, a Reload page button appears after about 15 seconds. Check your connection, then select it to try again. Reloading is manual and can discard unsaved edits. If the problem continues, contact support with the page address, approximate time and time zone, and whether opening General directly worked. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or customer messages.
A workspace cannot be removed
Section titled “A workspace cannot be removed”You cannot remove the final active workspace. Check that your role allows removal and refresh the confirmation if the workspace changed. Removing a workspace archives it and disconnects its channels and intake sources while keeping historical records.
Limit reached
Section titled “Limit reached”Open Settings → Billing to compare usage with the account allowance. The subscription is account-wide, so usage in other workspaces contributes to the same limit.
