Revenue attribution and forecast analysis

Qonvera separates first acquisition from later influence:

  • First acquisition identifies the earliest reliable source evidence.
  • Latest influence identifies the most recent qualifying touch before conversion.
  • Won value is credited once under the configured reporting model rather than duplicated across every touch.

Website enquiries can include campaign and click details supplied by your website connection. A linked website submission and notification email count as one enquiry, not two leads.

Missing attribution remains unknown; Qonvera does not invent a source from incomplete evidence.

Opportunity forecasts use the expected close date, forecast category, amount, and stage weight. Common views include:

  • open pipeline value;
  • probability-weighted value;
  • best-case value;
  • committed value;
  • won value in the selected period.

Update forecast fields when buyer evidence changes. Forecast accuracy compares prior expectations with actual timing and outcomes; it is only useful when expected close dates and categories are maintained consistently.

Check the reporting currency and any conversion used before combining values. Reports retain past stage changes, agreed services and prices, and outcome dates so you can understand how results were reached.
