Website and email intake

Website Lead Channel

1. Go to Settings → Channels and add the customer’s website.
2. Choose the owner and default pipeline.
3. Generate the server credential and activate the source.
4. Implement the server-to-server example shown by Qonvera. Do not expose the credential in browser JavaScript.
5. Send a unique external event ID, current timestamp, contact details, enquiry text, and available attribution.
6. Confirm the event in Intake and complete any required review.

Qonvera receives explicit form enquiries. It does not install page-view, session, or behavioral tracking.

Email-to-lead

1. Create an Email Lead source in Qonvera and copy its unique intake address.
2. In the customer’s mail provider, forward only the intended lead emails to that address.
3. Complete the mail provider’s forwarding verification.
4. Send a controlled email and confirm it appears in Intake.

Customers do not need to use Resend as their normal mailbox. Their email provider only needs to support forwarding to the Qonvera intake address.

Better extraction

Forward the original message content where possible. Clear labels such as Name:, Email:, Phone:, Company:, and Message: improve deterministic extraction. Qonvera also handles common HTML layouts, but a reviewer must correct uncertain fields before CRM creation.
