Owners and Admins manage settings. Managers can inspect the Settings and Automation areas but configuration controls are read-only; they can still use the separate Intake and Outbound operational pages. Agents do not see Settings and cannot open it through a saved link. Billing, Audit logs, Developers, and Team management remain Owner/Admin-only. A saved link does not bypass these permissions.

Settings are grouped into separate cards with a heading and their related controls. Look inside the relevant card for its save action and any feedback. Lists, audit details, and pipeline stages remain in their own panels so they can be reviewed without mixing them with other settings.

Editable preference sections use an explicit Save settings action. Changing a selector, toggle, threshold, or recipient only updates the on-screen draft; Qonvera does not apply that draft until an authorized user chooses Save. Direct actions such as connecting a channel, creating a service, sending a webhook test, or removing a membership keep their own clearly labelled action buttons.

See Workspaces, team, and access for the complete role-by-capability matrix.

See AI auto-reply for the complete setup, safety, testing, and troubleshooting guide.

In Settings → General → Opportunity risk timing, Owners and Admins can choose the Organization timezone from the worldwide list, then select Save settings. This timezone is used for calendar-day risk, reports and scheduled reminders. Choose the region and city that follow your local clock. Daylight-saving changes are applied automatically for locations that observe them; UTC is also available. The list includes alternative names for the same timezone, so an existing saved selection can be kept.

The Receptionist has a separate Schedule timezone in Settings → Agents → Receptionist, using the same worldwide list. Check both settings when changing operating hours or moving your workspace to another timezone. Changing one does not change the other or reset AI usage limits.

Workspace removal is archival rather than blind data deletion. Qonvera disconnects active channel and intake surfaces, preserves historical CRM and audit evidence, and prevents removal of the final active workspace. Confirm the exact workspace name before proceeding.

Open Settings → Agents → Sales Assistant. Owners and Admins can enable Sales Assistant and set the workspace’s daily generation limit, then choose Save settings. All agents returns to the agent cards.

Generation is requested from a conversation’s Sales Assistant panel or Sales Assistant guidance on Dashboard. Enabling the agent does not automatically generate results, send messages or update CRM records. Conversation insights, Ask AI questions and dashboard guidance share the daily limit; attempts count even when generation fails. The daily limit resets at midnight UTC; saving settings does not reset usage. Other workspace safeguards may also pause generation.

If settings changed elsewhere, your edits stay on screen. Choose Reload saved settings, review the current values, and make your changes again. If generation is unavailable, you can still disable it. Saved insights remain readable when generation is disabled or paused.

If saving reports that Sales Assistant setup is incomplete, contact Qonvera support with your workspace name and the displayed error. Your saved settings are kept; repeated saves or a higher daily limit will not complete setup. Do not share customer messages or credentials.

Under Sales Assistant capabilities, choose the capabilities your team can use and select Save capabilities. Additional capabilities start disabled. The agent must also be enabled above.

  • Reviewed CRM actions: authorized teammates can preview and confirm follow-up tasks and opportunity-stage changes from a saved Sales Assistant insight. Agents can create tasks for their assigned conversation and their own opportunity; Owners, Admins and Managers can also approve stage changes. Each action requires selecting the exact opportunity. The review expires after 15 minutes or when relevant information changes. The workspace allows up to 1,000 action previews per UTC day; these do not make another generation request.
  • Ask AI: ask about conversations, contacts, accounts and opportunities using information you can access. Answers include source excerpts and links and never execute CRM changes. See Ask AI about a record.
  • Dashboard guidance: generate recommendations from aggregate work queues and opportunity metrics. Agents see their own work; Owners, Admins and Managers can choose team-wide guidance. Customer message text is not used for dashboard guidance.

Turning off a capability prevents new actions or generation for that capability. Saving settings does not erase saved results or reset usage. If a capability save conflicts with another edit, choose Reload saved capabilities before saving again.

Owners and Admins can review workspace-wide delivery history in the Send history sub-tab under Settings → Templates. Refresh delivery status, browse pages of sends and open the related conversation. Managers and Agents do not have access to this history. This does not remove their permitted ability to send approved templates from the Inbox.
