Subscription, plans, and limits

The subscription belongs to the customer account, not to one workspace or one user. Its allowances are shared across the workspaces under that account.

Open Settings → Billing to review:

  • plan and billing cycle;
  • subscription status, trial, renewal, and cancellation state;
  • workspace and user usage;
  • monthly captured leads;
  • pipelines and connected channels;
  • website and email intake sources;
  • operational-history allowance;
  • licensed API and external AI access;
  • agents licensed for the selected workspace and their generation allowances;
  • the subscription-management link when available.

Essentials and Growth use the published commercial limits. Custom plans store the allowances agreed in the customer contract, such as custom workspaces, users, leads, pipelines, channels, intake sources, and history retention.

When a limit is reached, Qonvera blocks creation of the new resource and keeps existing records. Removing data solely to evade a monthly usage limit is not supported.

Only Owners and permitted Admins can view billing details. Contact Qonvera to change Custom allowances or resolve a billing-state mismatch.

When optional add-ons are offered during checkout, review the selected plan, each add-on, quantity, billing interval and recurring total before continuing to Stripe. Stripe confirms any tax or promotion before payment. Only the options shown for that purchase are included; do not assume that a plan includes every agent or integration.

New Essentials and Growth offers cover the base CRM. API/webhooks, external AI connections through MCP, Receptionist, Qualification and Sales Assistant are separately priced add-ons. Existing and Custom agreements should be checked individually; the new offers do not automatically replace their terms.

For new offers sold per workspace, API/webhooks, external AI connections and agents apply only to the workspace where they are purchased. The first checkout applies the selected add-ons to the first workspace. Creating another workspace does not purchase those add-ons there. Existing account-wide or Custom agreements retain their separately reviewed scope.

When offered, All AI agents includes Receptionist, Qualification and Sales Assistant for the purchased workspace; All add-ons also includes API/webhooks and external AI connections through MCP. Each agent keeps its own allowance; bundles do not pool or multiply usage. Selecting a bundle replaces overlapping individual options rather than charging for the same access twice.

A successful return from Stripe is not confirmation that account setup has finished. Wait for the welcome email before signing in. If payment is pending, account access waits for payment confirmation. If you have a payment receipt but no access or welcome email, do not make another purchase: contact support with your work email, selected plan and approximate checkout time. Never share card details or login codes.

Where available, Settings → Billing → Purchased plan and add-ons shows recurring list prices before tax or discounts; the Stripe invoice confirms the billed amount. The page may show a workspace allocation still pending. An unallocated add-on is not available until allocation is arranged. Account Owners and permitted account Admins can open subscription management when configured; being an administrator of one workspace alone does not necessarily authorize account-wide purchases.

Choose add-ons when starting a subscription

Section titled “Choose add-ons when starting a subscription”

On the Qonvera website, choose your plan and billing interval. In the subscription form, Optional add-ons appears when the offer is available. Select the integrations or agents you need before continuing to Stripe, and check the recurring purchase summary. Use Learn more beside an option to read its explanation in a new tab; your form details and selected add-ons stay in the original tab.

All AI agents includes Receptionist, Qualification and Sales Assistant. All add-ons includes those agents plus API/webhooks and external AI connections. Bundles replace overlapping individual selections so the same feature is not purchased twice for that workspace. Annual add-on prices are shown per year, not per month.

Initial website purchases apply to your first workspace, even if the base plan allows more workspaces. Contact Qonvera to arrange purchases for additional workspaces or review an existing agreement. Purchasing an agent does not enable it automatically; external AI connections still require your separate authorization.

Existing subscription prices and agreements do not change because a new offer becomes available. New managed subscriptions may have a separate payment-management screen; changing their purchased features requires the Qonvera review workflow or assistance. Existing legacy subscription management is retained.

For eligible subscriptions, open Plan and workspace add-ons → Review or change in Billing. Select the plan and add-ons for the permitted workspaces, then review the verified price, payment estimate, allowances and effective date before confirming. This requires both account billing authority and the relevant workspace access. If self-service is unavailable for your agreement, contact Qonvera.

Upgrades take effect after Stripe verifies the required payment, or during a permitted remaining trial. Stripe prorates paid upgrades; the existing trial is not restarted. Downgrades and add-on removals take effect at the next billing date. A combined request containing a removal is scheduled together, including its additions. The displayed effective date is authoritative for that request.

Do not submit another purchase while a change is awaiting payment or verification. Complete the payment link when shown, then refresh Billing. Existing data, agent settings and already-counted AI usage are retained. A lower allowance can stop further creation or affected generation without deleting records. Billing-cycle changes and agreements with special tax, discount or invoice settings may require Qonvera assistance.

Your subscription determines whether API and webhook integrations and external AI assistants are included. A valid API key or an approved assistant connection does not override subscription access. Your role and the connection’s approved permissions still apply.

Receptionist, Qualification and Sales Assistant can be licensed separately for individual workspaces. Purchasing an agent provides access; an Owner or Admin still configures and enables its available functions. An unpurchased agent does not stop your team from using the normal manual CRM and inbox.

The Billing page shows each agent’s licensed daily and monthly generation allowance. These allowances count admitted generation attempts, including failures. They reset at midnight UTC and the beginning of each UTC calendar month. Feature settings can impose additional limits. Saving settings or changing a license does not clear usage already counted.

For purchases offered with the standard plan-based allowances, each separately purchased workspace agent has the following limits. These agents are not included in the base Essentials or Growth subscription.

Agent Essentials per day Essentials per month Growth per day Growth per month
Receptionist 150 3,000 225 4,500
Qualification 100 1,500 150 2,250
Sales Assistant 75 1,000 112 1,500

Growth provides 50% more than Essentials; its Sales Assistant daily limit is rounded down to 112 whole attempts. Annual billing has the same daily and monthly usage limits as monthly billing. The allowances apply to the workspace where the agent is purchased, not automatically to every workspace in the account.

Qualification’s service matching and lead scoring share its allowance. If both generate a result separately, they consume two attempts. Failed or unknown admitted attempts remain counted. At an allowance limit, further affected AI generation stops; incoming enquiries, the manual inbox and normal CRM work are not stopped by the AI allowance.

Review the limits shown at checkout and in Billing for your purchase. Existing and Custom agreements are not automatically replaced by these standard terms, and additional feature-level limits may apply. Contact Qonvera if you need more usage; additional charges are not created automatically by this allowance.

For a Custom plan, Qonvera records the agreed capacity limits, included integrations, selected workspace agents and validity dates. Custom does not automatically mean unlimited. Contact Qonvera to change the agreement; customer administrators cannot increase purchased allowances themselves.

Existing access is preserved while Qonvera reviews an existing subscription agreement. Once the agreed license is configured, features without a purchased entitlement are unavailable.

At expiration or suspension, new requests for the affected paid feature stop. Existing CRM records, agent settings and saved results remain. You can revoke an external AI connection, revoke an API key or pause a webhook even when integration access is no longer included. Work already admitted may complete before a subscription change takes effect.

If you reach a lower allowance after a downgrade, existing records are kept and additional capacity is blocked. Your Owner should contact Qonvera to agree which excess seats, workspaces or channels should remain active.
