Notifications and audit logs
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Open Settings → Notifications to control supported organization reminders.
- Overdue follow-up reminders notify the task owner after work becomes overdue.
- Manager escalation can notify an eligible manager after the configured delay.
- Daily morning summary sends one email containing the recipient’s tasks due that day.
- New intake alerts appear in the Qonvera notification bell when a configured website or email source receives a new enquiry. Active Owners, Admins, and Managers receive one alert per intake record, even if the same enquiry arrives again. These alerts contain no customer details and open Intake for review.
Reminder emails include available follow-up, opportunity, account, and contact context. Disable a notification type when the organization uses another reminder system.
Notification toggles and timing controls are drafts until an Owner or Admin chooses Save settings. Changing a control alone does not alter the active notification policy.
Audit logs
Section titled “Audit logs”Open Settings → Audit logs to search important actions by category, person, result, or date. Open an event to see what changed and who made the change, without revealing passwords or unnecessary customer message content.
Scroll inside the audit-events card to browse the list; pagination stays at the bottom of the card. On desktop, filters stay above the list and event details scroll separately alongside it. On smaller screens, the cards stack vertically.
Audit history can include settings changes, intake approvals, team membership changes, integration settings, and CRM actions. It is a record of what happened, not an editable activity note.
Share an export only with people authorized to view that history.
