Workspaces, team, and access
A Qonvera subscription belongs to the customer account. Workspaces divide that account into operating units such as locations, brands, or business lines.
Workspaces
Section titled “Workspaces”- Owners and Admins can create workspaces.
- A user can belong to one or more workspaces and switch between them from the workspace selector.
- Services can be available in one or more workspaces.
- Operational data and dashboard views follow the currently selected workspace and the user’s permitted scope.
- Deleting a workspace is restricted because it can affect linked records. Review the warning and dependencies before confirming.
When a new customer has no workspace, the account-level Owner can create the first workspace. That initial Owner authority is not dependent on an existing workspace membership.
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full account administration, billing, team, workspace, and operational access |
| Admin | Workspace and product configuration plus broad operational access |
| Manager | Team operations and reporting within assigned scope; no ownership or billing authority |
| Agent | Day-to-day Inbox, CRM, opportunity, and follow-up work; Settings is hidden |
Server-side authorization is the final authority. A hidden button alone does not grant or remove access.
Invite and remove teammates
Section titled “Invite and remove teammates”- Go to Settings → Team.
- Enter the teammate’s email and select a role.
- Send the invitation. Existing Qonvera users still receive an invitation to join the workspace.
- The invitation remains pending until accepted.
Owners and permitted Admins can remove a membership. Removing someone from a workspace does not automatically delete their global authentication account, which may still be used by another Qonvera customer.
