Media, calling, and outbound delivery
Attachments and emoji
Section titled “Attachments and emoji”Use the emoji picker or type an emoji in the message. Attachment support varies by channel: select the file, check its type and size, and wait for the send result before closing the conversation.
Older photos or attachments may no longer be available from the messaging platform. A broken preview does not mean the message record was deleted.
Telegram private chats support incoming text, photos, video, audio, voice notes, documents, and stickers. From Qonvera, users can send text, images, video, and audio.
WhatsApp calling
Section titled “WhatsApp calling”Calling is available only for eligible WhatsApp Business conversations when:
- calling is enabled for the connected number;
- the customer has granted calling permission;
- the browser has microphone permission; and
- your network allows audio calls.
The call button requests permission when required or starts the call when permission is active. Keep the browser open during the call. Calling is not available through Qonvera’s Instagram, Messenger, or Telegram connections.
If the call connects but you cannot hear each other, check your microphone and speaker, browser permissions, and whether your network permits calls. Ask your IT administrator about network restrictions. If the problem continues, share the call time and visible error with Qonvera support.
Outbound operations
Section titled “Outbound operations”Open Outbound to review message delivery attempts and their status across channels. Earlier attempts remain visible when a message is retried.
Use Resend failed message only when Qonvera marks the latest attempt retry-eligible. Ambiguous attempts are not automatically resent because the provider may have accepted the original message. A retry creates a new attempt; it does not rewrite the failed attempt.
Owners, Admins, and operational roles see only the records allowed by their workspace and role.
