Product tour and navigation
Qonvera is organized around one operating flow: enquiry → contact and service intent → opportunity → pipeline → next action → won or lost → attribution.

Loading and action feedback
Section titled “Loading and action feedback”Qonvera shows a purple dot spinner while opening pages, loading records, or waiting for actions such as saving, sending, and creating. The accompanying label explains what is happening. Wait for the action to finish or show an error before trying again; a loading indicator is not a success confirmation or proof that a message reached the customer.
Buttons and links have subtle hover feedback, and buttons respond visually when pressed. Unavailable or busy controls keep their disabled state. Keyboard navigation has a visible focus indicator. If your device requests reduced motion, the dots stay visible without animation and the control press animation is disabled.
If data cannot be loaded, an error distinguishes that failure from an empty list. Use Try again or the page’s refresh control. A failed action displays feedback; check the current record before repeating an action that sends a message or creates a record.
Contact, account, and opportunity side panels keep keyboard focus inside while open. Press Escape to close a panel; focus returns to the control that opened it. Use the arrow keys, Home, or End to move between record tabs.
Record relationships
Section titled “Record relationships”- A contact may have several provider identities and conversations.
- A contact may belong to an account.
- An account can have several contacts and opportunities.
- A conversation provides context but does not itself become a service or opportunity.
- Services are selected on opportunities.
- Each active opportunity should have a clear owner and next action.
- Won and lost outcomes preserve stage history for reporting and attribution.
Switch workspaces and scope
Section titled “Switch workspaces and scope”Use the workspace selector in the header to change the active operating unit. A user sees only workspaces where they have membership. Dashboard scope such as My work limits results to the signed-in user; broader team views require the appropriate role.
