Dashboard views and performance

The Dashboard is the standard operating and management view. It is intentionally separate from the custom report builder.

Use Today to answer what needs action now:

  • overdue and due-today follow-ups;
  • unassigned or unanswered conversations;
  • opportunities with no valid next action;
  • inactive or stuck opportunities;
  • workload and priority items by owner.

Open a card or row to work the underlying conversation, follow-up, or opportunity.

The Due today and Overdue follow-ups lists use the linked opportunity’s contact, or the conversation’s contact when no opportunity contact is available. A follow-up created directly for an opportunity does not need a chat to display that contact. A row opens its conversation when linked; otherwise it opens the opportunity, or the Follow-ups page if neither is linked.

Use Performance for trend and outcome analysis, including pipeline value, weighted or committed forecast, won and lost results, source attribution, response performance, and team workload where enabled.

  • My work shows only records assigned to the signed-in user.
  • Team or all-work views require a Manager, Admin, or Owner role as configured.
  • The workspace selector limits operational records to the active workspace.
  • Date-range controls affect period-based metrics but do not change record ownership.

When comparing workspaces, verify the selected currency, timezone, and date range before drawing conclusions.

The Sales Assistant guidance card shows basic queue guidance and, when enabled, a Generate guidance button. An Owner or Admin enables this under Settings → Agents → Sales Assistant. Generation happens only when requested.

Guidance covers the displayed seven-day window and compares opportunity records updated in that window with the previous equal period. These figures are not booked revenue. Queue counts are a snapshot, not a historical comparison. Different currencies remain separate.

Owners, Admins and Managers can choose Team or My work. Agents receive only their own scope. The agent receives aggregate metrics for that scope, without customer messages or contact details. Its links open the relevant CRM pages; they do not perform actions.

Choose Refresh guidance to request an updated result for the displayed window. If the underlying metrics or settings change, saved guidance is marked out of date. Reload saved guidance reads the saved result without generating another one. After an uncertain response, Retry same request checks that request safely; an unresolved generation may need support before another can start. Conversation insights and dashboard guidance share the workspace’s daily generation allowance.

Review recommendations against your records before acting. If guidance remains unavailable, share the workspace name, approximate time and displayed error with support, without customer details.
