Review and approve an intake event
Use Review and approve when Qonvera cannot safely create CRM records from the incoming event.
This includes a structured email that contains usable contact details but matches an existing contact and therefore needs a human decision. These events use the same review form as other email enquiries; they are not replay failures.
Approval steps
Section titled “Approval steps”- Open Intake and select a Review required event.
- Review the source, subject, message, processing reason, and attempt timeline.
- Correct the contact name, email, international-format phone, company, company website, available social profiles, enquiry message, and intent. If a website form did not include a message, Qonvera prefills a short factual summary from the submitted company or contact name. You can replace it before approval. Qonvera never invents a service request.
- Select the appropriate service. Approval requires a service with a valid pipeline and price. A website source may have no default service; enquiries without a recognized service wait here for your selection.
- Review Account relationship. Qonvera suggests accounts in the current workspace using a matching company name or business email/website address. Personal email providers such as Gmail are not treated as company evidence.
- Deliberately choose one action: link a suggested existing account, create a new account from the reviewed company, or leave the contact unlinked.
- Confirm there is a reliable email or international-format phone number.
- Choose Approve and create CRM records.
- Open the linked CRM records and verify the contact details, account relationship, owner, pipeline, and next action.
The approver and corrections are written to the audit trail. Approval is deliberately restricted to authorized roles because it creates customer and sales records.
If the event says Review required but the form cannot load, Qonvera shows Review could not be loaded with a retry action. It does not present replay instructions as a substitute for the missing review.
Account suggestions are evidence for human review, not automatic identity decisions. Qonvera never merges or relinks an existing contact solely because two company names look similar. If the account catalogue changes during review, reload the event and confirm the relationship again.
