Dashboard and reporting
The Dashboard is the operating view: it highlights current workload, pipeline health, lead risk, forecast, channel activity, and revenue signals. Use workspace and user scope controls to change the view.
My work shows records assigned to the signed-in user. Broader scopes are available only when the user’s role permits them.
The Reports page is the flexible analysis area. It is designed for custom reports and exports rather than duplicating the standard dashboard.
Keep the dashboard actionable
Section titled “Keep the dashboard actionable”Prioritize cards that answer:
- What needs attention today?
- Which opportunities lack a next action or are overdue?
- How much pipeline is open, weighted, or committed?
- Where are leads coming from, and which sources convert?
- What changed compared with the previous period?
Use the workspace selector for location or business-unit analysis. Account-wide viewers can compare workspaces without changing the underlying record ownership.
