Services, aliases, pipelines, and stages
Services
Section titled “Services”Open Settings → Services to create and maintain the products or services your team sells. Configure a clear name, description, pricing, currency, billing interval, default pipeline, and workspace availability.
Services can be available in one or more workspaces. Archived services remain in historical records but are not offered for new selection.
Matching aliases
Section titled “Matching aliases”Add phrases customers actually use, such as small dental clinic or annual support plan. Aliases help candidate retrieval; they do not automatically create an opportunity or override the agent’s choice. Keep aliases specific enough to distinguish similar services.
Pipelines
Section titled “Pipelines”Open Settings → Pipelines to create, duplicate, edit, archive, or delete eligible pipelines. Each pipeline defines:
- its ordered stages;
- normal, won, and lost stage types;
- permitted movements between stages;
- stage probability or forecast behavior where configured;
- expected stage duration used by stuck-stage risk signals.
Use separate pipelines only when the sales process is materially different. Excess pipelines make assignment, forecasting, and reporting harder to compare.
Choose the default pipeline
Section titled “Choose the default pipeline”An Owner or Admin can open Settings → Pipelines, select Set as default beside an active non-default pipeline, and confirm. The button shows Saving… until the change finishes. The Default badge then moves to the chosen pipeline. If saving fails, the previous default is preserved and an error appears in the confirmation dialog.
The default applies to the current workspace. Changing it does not move existing opportunities or change the pipeline chosen for a service. Archived pipelines cannot be selected. If Qonvera says default changes are unavailable, contact Qonvera support.
Save a stage
Section titled “Save a stage”Owners and admins can open Edit on a stage, update its fields, and select Save stage. While saving, the form is disabled and the button shows Saving…. A successful save closes the dialog and refreshes the pipeline. If saving fails, the dialog stays open with your changes and an error message. If another teammate changed the stage, close and reopen it to load the latest version, then reapply your changes; Qonvera will not silently overwrite their edits.
Save allowed transitions
Section titled “Save allowed transitions”After choosing the permitted movements in Allowed Stage Transitions, select Save transitions. The button shows Saving… and temporarily disables further saves and transition edits. On success, Qonvera returns to the pipelines list and shows Stage transitions saved successfully. If saving fails, you remain in the editor with your selections intact and an error message so you can retry.
Stage changes
Section titled “Stage changes”Each stage change appears in the opportunity’s history. Won and lost stages update its outcome. Reopen or move the opportunity to correct its current state; past changes cannot be edited.
